• Providing financial leadership to the business for sustained profitable growth.
• The incumbent will copilot the business with the COO of Alyasra Foods to deliver on the business goals of profit, cash, sales and stewardship.
• The individual will be expected to bring to the table leading edge financial analytics to drive value creation by optimizing the cost to serve, institutionalizing strategic revenue management,streamline the systems and processes, establish simple accretive targets for new customer acquisitions and lead the work on productivity and growth.
• Improving the governance and controls. The incumbent is expected to nurture a culture of ‘zero defects’ and ‘Right first time’ through robust processes, leading by example and coaching and guiding the team.
• A key responsibility would be to ensure that there are no leakages, losses and controls violations that cost money or opportunity loss to the company.
• Raise the financial acumen of the organization. The individual is expected to understand the intricacies of the business in detail and help the other functions specially the sales organization in becoming finance savvy.
• The team should be able to assess if their activities are creating value and how they can increase their productivity to deliver the best returns for the company for the investments.
• The individual is expected to create a strong F&A team working for her/him.
